Ralph Lauren's RL 888 collection was named in honour of our historic women's flagship at 888 Madison Ave. in New York City, where the juxtaposing worlds of Ralph Lauren convene and inspire. A strong silhouette with a spirit of independence, the RL 888 Mini Crossbody Chain is inspired by the architecture of Mr Lauren's hometown. Featuring two credit card slots in the interior and a removable, antiqued silver-tone chain crossbody strap, each bag is exquisitely made by hand and individually constructed in Italy with the highest-quality materials, which include an underlay of split calf suede topped with a Western-inspired lasered calfskin intarsia motif for the body and lambskin for the lining. Additional finishing touches, including hand-painted edges and antiqued Western-inspired “RL” hardware, showcase Mr Lauren’s commitment to fine details.
