With its wool-blend body, contrasting leather sleeves and striped rib-knit trim, the letterman jacket has been an essential part of the school and college athlete's wardrobe for generations. Polo Ralph Lauren's version is modernised this season in a tonal black palette.

Details- Size medium has a 67.3 cm front body length, a 66.7 cm back body length, a 50.2 cm shoulder, a 119.4 cm chest and a 90.8 cm sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the centre back of the neck and changes 2.54 cm between sizes.
- Striped rib-knit baseball collar. Snapped placket. Long sleeves with striped rib-knit cuffs.
- Chenille "P" patch with a metal "RL" winged-foot detail on the left chest. Two front waist welt pockets with leather trim. Interior left waist pocket. Striped rib-knit hem. Fully lined.
- Shell: 60% wool, 40% polyester. Sleeves: 100% cow leather. Rib-knit trim: 95% wool, 4% other fibres, 1% elastane. Body lining: 100% cotton. Sleeve lining: 100% polyester. Patch: 45% acrylic, 43% polyester, 12% wool.
